RECIPE: KALE CHIPS

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of kale

3 tbs olive oil

Dash of sea salt + pepper

Preheat over 350 degrees. Wash the kale, remove the large stem and chop it coarsely in large pieces. In a large bowl mix it with olive oil, salt and pepper. In a silicone parchment lined baking sheet add the kale in a single layer. Bake for about 10 -15 minutes until crisp.
